Summary/objective
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for producing content across multiple mediums to drive help brand awareness, market engagement, and pipeline through digital and conventional channels.

- Assist in the development of and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with marketing goals and objectives
- Produce content for both written and audio-visual mediums
- Manage and grow our social media presence on our chosen platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube through content creation and community management
- Assist in the creation of press releases and other PR materials to enhance brand visibility and manage public relations
- Collaborate with demand team on SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through the creation of blog posts, website content, and offsite articles
- Work with cross-functional teams, including training, sales, and product to produce content aligns with brand messaging and supports overall marketing objectives
- Assist in copywriting for digital and physical marketing materials when needed

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in content marketing or related field and a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies
- Experience in managing and growing social media accounts
- Familiarity with PR and coordinating with trade media
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to self-direct and work within a cross-functional team to achieve goals and deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content relevant to identified target markets
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform and adjust content production

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
