Summary/objective
The OGI Sales Director will lead and manage national, regional, and local sales activities involving high level strategic accounts including automotive warranty claims administrators, insurance carriers, dealership groups, and other high value business targets as assigned. Other duties will include working closely with customers to increase and/or maintain monthly volume targets, as well as monitor service, delivery, and unit performance.

- Increase the volume and revenue from existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities from existing and new clients
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization
- Visit customer locations to build relationships ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, implementation and retention
- Develop business plan by location- track and manage the plan by location
- Increase the volume and revenue from existing clients and identify and new business opportunities from existing and new clients.
- Manage travel budget and expense for assigned area and/or customers
- Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Drive to various customer locations within the assigned territory or defined geographical area.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry (warranty claims experience is preferred)
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum five years of sales or sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- Minimum five years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales support role

- Must have very strong analytical skills
- Experience at the regional / district level managing multi-site businesses

- Demonstrate strong research, analysis, communication, and follow through skills
- Proven ability to learn, adapt, and achieve daily

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
This is not a sedentary role. Significant business travel is required. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment with significant travel to customer locations and industry events. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
Travel required
This position will require 50-75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.
