Overview

Summary/objective

As an Implementation Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, testing, and deployment of our cloud-based software solution for our clients. You will work closely with the Training & Implementation team to ensure a smooth implementation process, provide training, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients leverage our software to achieve their business goals.

  • Set up and configure cloud-based software applications according to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with external clients and internal team members to gather requirements, understand workflows, and customize the software to meet the client’s needs.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software setup and functionality in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Support training and customer success in the deployment and training of the software.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and customer support, to ensure successful implementations.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for enhancement and collaborate with the development team on software updates and new features.
  • Provide Tier-1 Support to customers via chat, phone, email, or other communication methods.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years related experience.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive repair experience a plus.
  • Collision and Mechanical repair Industry knowledge.
  • Experience promoting value through the customer experience, i.e., a customer-first mindset.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships, leading engineer team
  • Accountability and personal organization.
  • Ability work independently to achieve goals and targets.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Supervisory responsibilities

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, and printers. This job allows a remote work location.  Candidates must be US based and work standard US business hours.

 

Physical demands

Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.

 

Travel required

This position may require some limited travel up to 25%.
