Summary/objective
The Territory Manager will support the Sales & Operations Team. This person will grow and manage all sales activities within an exclusive geographical market area as well as exposure to national, regional, and local MSO’s, dealership groups, repair networks, franchises and other high value business targets as assigned. Other duties will include working closely with customers to increase and/or maintain monthly volume targets, as well as monitor service, delivery, and unit performance.

- Increase the volume and revenue from existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities from existing and new clients
- Ensure existing clients know and understand the benefits of all available asTech service offerings
- Train users on asTech® products and services to ensure they receive maximum benefit
- Create and maintain positive partnerships with incoming and existing target accounts
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization.
- Contact customer locations through personal visits, phone calls and other methods to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Exceed sales budget
- Collect and regularly update information from clients related to projected volumes and provide the same to the National Director of Account Management
- Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Work with Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers
- Responsible for flying to or driving to various customer locations within the assigned geographic area

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to be the best in a Team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Account management or similar experience preferred
- Body Shop experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational and follow up skills
- Track record for exceeding goals within established timelines
- Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated ability to attain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Work environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
- This job operates primarily in a professional office environment with frequent visits to various automotive repair shop environments that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance. This position is responsible for driving a company provided vehicle to various locations with their assigned geographic area. Physical requirements also include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.
Travel required
- This position may require up to 75% travel. May include air or vehicle travel outside the local area and overnight.
