Overview

Summary/objective

As the pioneer of Sales Enablement and Operations for Repair OnDemand, the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement will construct a framework built on pre-existing expertise and on-the-job execution of daily work, directly supporting the Sales team. The goal of this position is to shorten the sales cycle, support revenue growth, and ensure that sales teams are sufficiently prepared to achieve organizational targets. This position works both independently and collaboratively across the organization to produce the best outcomes.

  • Create and manage sales content, such as presentations, case studies, and white papers in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Design and deliver training programs for the sales team 
  • Onboard new sales hires 
  • Select and manage sales enablement tools and platforms which help provide sales representatives with the tools and resources to maximize the quality of customer connections and reduce the sales cycle
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps and track program effectiveness 
  • Optimize sales processes through innovation, improvement, and technological interventions
  • Manage the day-to-day sales process and systems to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support sales initiatives
  • Consult with Sales and Executive leaders to gain buy-in, build trust, and ensure adoption and cooperation across the business
  • Apply a consultative approach with leaders and others through the implementation and evolution of the function
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports 
  • Manage and optimize CRM and sales tools 
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operation, or related function.
  • 5 years of experience leading teams with or without direct authority
  • Working knowledge of sales enablement technologies and CRM systems 
  • Understanding and prior application of Sales metrics and KPI’s
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Problem solving and decision making, sound judgment
  • Experience creating and delivering training materials to internal teams
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs

Supervisory responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

 

Physical demands

Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.

 

Travel required

This position will require approximately 25% travel.
