Summary/objective
The Sr. Salesforce Product Manager is responsible for product execution aligned to the strategic objections that support the business operations and customer engagement. This includes managing various products throughout the products’ life cycle to include, but not be limited to, Salesforce/CRM. They will also drive the roadmap for future data capture, prioritization and product delivery.

Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives
•
Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams and key clients.
•
Define and own product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and user needs
•
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for technical teams
•
Work across teams using agreed upon business criteria to rigorously prioritize incoming product/feature requests.
•
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
•
Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the product life cycle
•
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
•
Drive the delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring high-quality solutions that maximize ROI
•
Define and track KPIs to measure success of product initiatives
•
Provide change management support including documentation, training, and communications for enhancements
•
Oversee all aspects of projects including setting milestones and deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, tracking and summarizing project progress
•
Monitor adoption and usage of product capabilities; identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and processes
•
Ensure resource availability and allocation
•
Collaborate with administrators, developers, and solution architects to design scalable solutions
•
Assist QA department during the testing cycle to ensure high quality products to the business
•
Remain current on platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends; proactively recommending improvements
•
Keep abreast of automotive technologies

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of working experience in a Product Operations or Product Management role.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and measurement.
• Knowledge of product analytics and associated tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple product lines, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in engineering, business or related field

Product certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
• Experience in designing and launching various products

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
