Summary/objective
The VP of Sales will manage new sales, implementation and customer service activities involving large, high value enterprise accounts such as Regional MSOs, national consolidators, dealership groups, and other high value business targets as assigned. Other duties will include working closely with customers to increase and/or maintain monthly volume targets, as well as monitor service, delivery, and unit performance.

- Establish and nuture corporate executive, regional, and local company management relationships within complex high value customer organizations
- Manage market-based device and service implementations for large, complex organizations
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and our organization.
- Visit customer locations to build relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Increase the volume and revenue from existing clients and identify and new business opportunities from existing and new clients
- Manage budget for assigned area and/or customers
- Collect and regularly update information from clients related to projected volumes and provide the same to the company’s senior executive team.
- Utilize all appropriate means to research, respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Work with Fixed and Mobile Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
- Minimum 8 years of Account Management or similar experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational and follow up skills
- Revenue-focused with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Demonstrated ability to attain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction

- Results-driven, resourceful, and continuously testing and iterating on sales approaches
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
Travel required
This position may require up to 75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.
